Sweet, Kind Mini Gypsy Filly
| Lady Aeditha
2016 IGEA and GHA Spotted Filly
DNA: Ee aa nCR nLP
Lady Aeditha is a 2016 registered Mini Gypsy Horse filly by the imported gypsy stallion Hermit’s Silver Shadow and out of Lady Karietha, a Sir Keith daughter. Aeditha has been extensively handled by both youth and adult amateurs. Born in California, her breeder ponied her on trail rides in the riverbeds and beside the ocean. In late 2016, she participated in a 2-month-long youth horsemanship program, where she was handled by youth learning how to do ground work with horses. She spent 2017 participating in several shows, handled by both youth and adult amateurs in halter and in-hand trail classes. She also was a demo horse at the Minnesota State Fair in the Isle of Breeds. She will be participating in the parades and breed demos at the Minnesota Horse Expo.
Aeditha is sweet, friendly, and easy to handle. She loves attention and is very willing to learn and participate. I expect her to mature to about 13 hands, so she will be the perfect size and have the perfect temperament to be a fantastic kid’s mount or a large driving pony. She has been harnessed.
Aeditha is a smoky black with LP, meaning that she carries one copy of red, one copy of black, one copy of the spotting gene, and one copy of cream. If she was bred, she could throw chestnut, black, palomino, or smoky black foals with or without spots. Bred to a Bay, she could also throw Buckskins.
Aeditha is double registered with IGEA as a Mini Gypsy Horse and with GHA (Heritage division). She clips, bathes, loads, and stands tied. She is up-to-date on deworming, vaccinations (including Rabies), and her 2018 coggins.
